Activator Method: Activator is a low force technique using an activator instrument that generates a low force thrust to the spinal structures.
Thompson Drop: This technique is a moderate force procedure, in which the doctor uses a high-low adjusting table with segmental drop pieces.
Diversified: This manual technique is a full spine adjusting procedure. It is a high force technique utilizing body levers to manually manipulate the spinal structures.
Logan Basic Technique: This technique is a very low force treatment. Light pressure is applied on a leverage spot on the sacral bone while the patient is in a face down position. The practitioner holds the pressure for a few minutes as he/she uses the other hand to rub the back muscles to release tension. This is a very gentle treatment, but it is extremely effective.
The Webster Technique: This technique reduces the interference to the nerve system and helps to return the biomechanical balance in pelvic structures, muscles and ligaments-helping them to relax. Intra-uterine constraint can prevent a fetus from attaining a head-down position and achieving a vaginal birth, causing the fetus to be breech and resulting in a cesarean delivery. The Webster technique helps to reduce this constraint so that the baby can achieve the head down position.
